Leadership Leawood is a five-month program that takes participants on a deep dive into the community (at the local, regional, and state levels), as well as explore their individual leadership and learning styles. At the conclusion of the nine sessions, class members will have a deeper understanding of the civic, non-profit, and corporate ecosystem, as well as how to effectively lead within their own professional setting.
