Sarah Wolters brings over a decade of experience in education. Her career extended beyond traditional teaching, encompassing roles in development, student leadership, and fundraising. Sarah spent five years as a Field Specialist in 4-H Youth Development demonstrating leadership at both the state and national levels, focusing on outreach initiatives and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She is a certified Qualifying Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory. Nationally recognized for her expertise, Sarah has presented on effectively incorporating this tool into organizational DEI efforts. 

As a project manager and scrum master, Sarah has championed effective time management and productivity within teams. By embracing the agile approach, Sarah facilitated a focus on high-priority tasks achievable in the moment. As a scrum master, she completed certifications through Scrum Inc, gaining insights into each role and coaching team members for optimal performance within the Scrum framework. Sarah Wolters’ multifaceted background uniquely positions her as an educator, DEI advocate, and agile project management expert.
