Diversity Equity Inclusion

Sarah Wolters has been an educator for over 10 years, serving in many roles during that time. Beyond her time in the classroom, Sarah worked as the Field Specialist in 4-H Youth Development for Clay County, Missouri, for 5 years. During this time, she took on leadership roles both at the state and national level regarding outreach and Diversity Equity Inclusion efforts. Sarah has been a Qualifying Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory since 2020 and has used that certification to work with teens, young adults, and professionals. She has presented nationally on the uses for this tool and how to incorporate it into your organization’s Diversity Equity Inclusion efforts.
