Dr. Jin Yao (Ph.D., University of Kansas) is a human service data analyst with the Johnson County Government. In her work, Jin uses machine learning and statistical analysis to support criminal justice and human service interventions in regional communities. Previously she analyzed ecological and agricultural data at the Jornada Experimental Range in New Mexico.
