Christel Gollnick, MSOL, founded Roots & Rounds, a nonprofit focused on improving outcomes through more respectful and inclusive communication across different age groups. Programming is focused on generational awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal leadership communication skills. Through her company, JUPER Communications, she helps difference-makers using The eMOTION Generator™ Integrated Strategic Action Planning Process, an approach that includes Baldrige quality excellence principles. She also coaches community development and “collaborACTION” efforts nationwide as a faculty member of Communities of Excellence 2026, and regionally through The Maximize [My Community] Journey™ Framework, an initiative of The Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri.
