The Gallup CliftonStrengths® group workshop provides insights that will change the way you work and will impact the rest of your life. You will learn how to identify what you do best and how to maximize your potential by using your CliftonStrengths.

Participants will identify and discuss their top strengths and gain insights into how to apply them effectively in their personal and professional lives.

Participants will also enhance self-awareness, improve communication and collaboration, increase productivity, and achieve greater satisfaction and success in reaching their goals.

The introductory workshop provides invaluable knowledge that properly contextualizes the meaning of your results in relation to others. Workshop participants gain experience with the following:

  • History behind why and how the assessment was created,
  • Enhanced understanding of the role talents play in our everyday lives (professionally & personally)
  • Get insights into their innate talents by working with their CliftonStrengths 34 results report
  • How to manage your “weaknesses” to improve your relationships with others (professionally & personally)
  • Identifying strategies to practice/apply their talents
  • Networking
