As an organizational development consultant of Fortune 500 companies for seventeen years, Patricia Plumb designed and directed leadership programs plus trained over 7,600 leaders on topics such as leading effective teams, coaching, conflict resolution, change management, interpersonal communications, and teambuilding.
Her leadership extends to serving on executive boards in forgiveness and reconciliation conferences, both national and international. As a professional writer and speaker, Ms. Plumb authored in-house published instructional textbooks, plus was a featured presenter for television and radio programming regarding the dynamics of interpersonal communications.
