Instructor
UMKC TalentLink Business Development Director Candice Haines develops new relationships and establishes partnership opportunities with corporate, community, and military organizations throughout Greater Kansas City. Candice is passionate about supporting the military, veterans, and their families. Her experience over the past decade includes working with service members and their families in Kansas City and through Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) in Bavaria, Germany. As an undergraduate business school professor, she taught veterans while stationed overseas. She has more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and post-secondary experience, and began her career in the financial services sector. Candice earned a B.S. in Financial Services from San Diego State University, MBA from the University of Maryland Europe, and Master of Performance Improvement from University of Arkansas Grantham. She also recently earned SHRM-SCP designation.
