Class Description

Expert instructor Molly Weaver developed this one-hour workshop for HR managers, recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, small business owners, and anyone who is a part of the hiring process. Learn how to better tell the story of what your organization is doing – and plans to do – in relation to your diversity goals. Experience has shown that many leaders don’t know all of the efforts made to make their organization more diverse. This workshop will help HR professionals and DEI leaders develop a map of what they have done, are doing, and are planning to do to achieve the goals of the organization.
