Individuals enrolled in UMKC TalentLink will not pursue a traditional degree but will work to earn badges, stackable certificates and other new forms of credentials that are evolving in the 21^st century. Sarah Morris, the new executive director of informal and continuing education, is leading the development of the initiative.
